A little update ✨ I’ve been away from photography work for the last four months as I had a baby! This is my sweet girl Naia 🤍 I can’t believe how fast time flies when you have a baby 🥲 It’s been such a beautiful couple of months, and it was nice to have a break but I feel ready to get creative again! So I’m here to share I’m back and open for bookings again! ✨🥰 My little one may join me on some of the shoots too 🙈

Thought I should properly introduce myself on here 🫶🏽 I’m Maddy, I’m 25 years old and a photographer and artist! I dabble in a bunch of different creative pursuits, but photography has always been stuck around since I first picked up a camera when I was 12! My photography has stemmed from my love for nature and wildlife, especially underwater and marine life. I am passionate about travel, environmental conservation and sustainability. I have been freelance photographing for the last 6 years, photographing events, content creation, portraits and in the past it’s been more of a side hustle that I have balanced with full time work in environmental and marine science that I was pursuing. As of late last year, I quit that pathway to focus more intentionally on my creative pursuits ~ tattooing and photography. I am a hand poke tattoo artist over on @solsara.studios It was quite a switch up from working in a scientific lab environment to a creative, client based service industry. But it’s what I chose to do, and I’m so happy I’m finally doing what I love and this feels like my purpose. To bring light to world through my art. I love the people I’ve connected with in similar fields of work, the beautiful clients I get to meet and some who become friends, and especially the kind and positive feedback on my art, both in tattooing and photography. Knowing that someone truly appreciates my time and work is something I’m so grateful for. I love the evolution of my photography journey and the fact I’ve been getting more clients for maternity and families ~ as that aligns with my current life situation right now too. I am 33 weeks pregnant and soon to be a first time mum, so it has been the best thing meeting and talking with some many beautiful mamas to be, new families and mamas on their 3rd or 4th sharing such positive stories and experiences. And I love that I am the one to capture their story and create life long memories for them to cherish. thank you to all my clients that have chosen me to photograph them, so appreciative for you all! 🥹🤍
